Our first Norwest Business Park vacancy report for 2019 has seen a slight increase in vacancy to 7.88%. Most of this increase can be attributed to increased vacancy in the larger freehold spaces. Strata vacancy has remained steady at 6.85%. This figure is still significantly higher than the low of 4.66% achieved in Q2 2018. There are no significant additions expected to supply in the short term and we are expecting an increase in interest from larger floor users attracted by the opening of the Metro later in May.
