March 2021 Auction Results

As everyone gathered inside and outside the Mulpha Norwest sales office, spirits were high for a great auction.

An outstanding turnout both in the rooms and via phone bidders was testament to the quality of properties on offer.

The star of the show was G.07/29-31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista. Spirited bidding from 4 bidders saw it sold under the

hammer for $72,000 above the reserve price. This was an exceptional result and we could not be happier for the vendors.

The remaining property 5.05/10 Century Circuit, Norwest was passed in and remains for sale.
