Yes. All purchases made at auction are unconditional, so it is essential that your finance is fully approved prior to bidding.
What deposit is required if I am successful?
Typically, a 10% deposit is required on the day of the auction.

Can the contract be negotiated prior to auction?

What happens when the hammer falls?
When the auctioneer declares the property sold, the successful bidder is required to sign the contract and pay the deposit immediately.
