Kirsten Zammit

Kirsten began her real estate career as a receptionist, quickly demonstrating a passion and aptitude for property management. After gaining six years of invaluable experience in residential property management, she transitioned into the commercial and industrial sector, where she has spent the past five years delivering high-quality service across a broad portfolio.

In 2024, Kirsten progressed into the role of Head of Property Management at Norwest Commercial & Industrial Real Estate, a testament to her leadership, deep industry knowledge, and client-focused approach. In this role, she leads a dedicated team, manages a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and retail assets, and continues to build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Kirsten holds a Class 2 Real Estate Licence and was formally recognised for her excellence in the industry when she received the prestigious Property Manager of the Year award in 2021. She is known not only for her professionalism and attention to detail but also for her approachable, friendly manner that fosters trust and positive working relationships with clients.
