Brett Beazley
Director - Head of Sales & Leasing
Brett joined Norwest Commercial and Industrial Real Estate in 1999 and is one of our longest serving employees. He has served as a sales and leasing agent since that time, and now takes on the additional responsibility of managing the sales and leasing team.
Brett has an extensive knowledge of real estate best practice; property valuation; property development; property finance; property law; strata law; commercial, industrial, retail leasing and sales.
Brett is consistently one of our highest performers and has undertaken work as exclusive agent for clients such as; Mulpha, Investec Bank, Irongate, Altis Property Partners, Presida Constructions, Lindsay Bennelong Developments, plus scores of private clients.
Brett's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) which is a broad-based property degree. Brett has completed his Masters in Property Investment and Development and received the Deans Medal for academic excellence. Brett was named the Australian Property Institute Postgraduate of the year in 2018.
