Beaumont Strata Management is the area’s leading strata management specialist. Founded by Earle Beaumont in 1981, the business complements the activities of Norwest Commercial & Industrial. Beaumont Strata specialises in strata and community title management of commercial and industrial properties located in Norwest Business Park, the Castle Hill Trading Zone and nearby areas.

 

Our commitment to quality service is paying dividends. We now manage over 85 complexes, representing more than 2,500 individual units. Our objective is to work closely with Executive Committees, owners and their tenants to ensure each complex meets the expectations of every stakeholder.

 

We succeed by ensuring that each strata manager works with a manageable number of strata plans, all located within a small distance of each other. We have built excellent relationships with insurance specialists and local contractors – some of whom work exclusively for us - which means our clients benefit from our significant buying power.
